Orange Smoothie
You Need:
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrated, softened
1 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla (optional)
Equipment:
clear measuring cup
large bowl
measuring spoons
egg beater
Pour the milk in a large bowl. Add the other ingredients. Using a hand eggbeater, mix well until mixture is foamy. Serve at once
