Cool Foam Sunglasses Case

Craft foam (In the color of your choice)
Rexlace (In the color of your choice)
Craft foam shapes (flowers, bugs, stars, letters, or whatever you like)
Hole punch
Foam World glue
Ruler or other measuring device
Pencil for marking measurements

Measure and mark off a 5-in. x 11.5-in. strip of craft foam and cut it out. Gold the strip so that the ends match and punch holes through both layers. They need to be evenly spaced around 3 sides (leaving the 2 ends that you put together for the opening)

Cut a 10-in. long piece of Rexlace and tie a knot at one end.

Making sure that your holes are lined up the same way that you punched them, start at the top of one side next to where the opening will be and lace down that side, across the bottom and up the other side. Tie a knot at the end when done stitching, and cut off any excess lace.

Punch 2 more holes through both layers of foam at the top of the pouch as close to the stitch as possible. Cut more Rexlace to the desired length for either a purse strap of neck strap. Insert one end of the lace through the set of holes on the right side and tie a knot on the back-side of the pouch, then repeat on the other side with the other end of the lace.

Glue the foam shapes in whatever pattern or design you desire. You can even do the name of the person it is intended for to personalize it even more.
