Kid workshops
I am currently taking my four year old son to The Home Depot and Lowes for their kid workshops. It allows him to build different things from wood. For example he put together a wooden race car and a butterfly house. They have kits with the wood already measured and precut. All the child has to do is nail it together, with the help of a parent of course. I think it is great for the child to do. When they are all done with their project they get a certificate and a patch or pin. I would recommend these workshops to everyone. Oh yeah another positive thing about these workshops, they are FREE.
