Painting in the shade
I like to cure the boredom by getting out my all purpose blanket, spreading it on the ground in the shade. After that you fill a small pool with water, tell the kids to get on their bathing suits ,get your on too. Get out your paint and paper, place them on the blanket and tell the kids to paint something they enjoy doing. Then you set a time limit ,and when it's up you say on your mark get set , GO!!! and see who can get to the pool first to cool off. It is soooooo fun!! My kids and I love to do it.
