Cook about 5 cut up potatoes until tender,then drain an put in bowl an mash with masher,boil 4 eggs an peel an chop into potatoes in bowl,chop up one big onion,add 4 tbs of pickle relish,3 tsp of mayonaise,an about 3 tsp of mustard,an mix well,add salt an pepper to taste,if still dry add a bit more relish or mustard,then refrigerate until cold,really good
