When they are stir crazy board we go outside and blow a variety of bubbles. We have one with batteries, so there is a constant supply of bubbles for the kids to chase!
Also, on windy days we fly kites. I found some small ferry ones at the store, so now the little one can fly a kite by herself and manage it well.
