Vegetable Pizza
I love this one for the summer time.
Needed:
2 cans of crescent rolls (any brand)
1 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese
1 cup of mayonaise
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
A variety of fresh vegetables (anything to suit your taste)
suggested:
broccoli
cauliflour
green or red peppers
carrots
about 1 cup of shredded cheese (I personally like more, what ever suits you)
directions:
First: arrange crescent rolls in a rectangular baking pan side by side. Smooth together edges so it looks like one whole crust. pinch the edges up the side a little bit too. Poke with fork to keep from over rising.
Second: place the crust in a preheated oven (following directions for rolls on the package) Let crust cool before adding ingredients.
Next blend together the cream cheese mayonaise and ranch dressing with a hand mixer, put on cooled crust.
Then add the vegetables and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
(For an interesting variation, mix Hidden Valley Ranch Mix as directed with sour cream instead of the cream cheese/mayo )
