Peach Delights
These are great warmed up over an open fire or heated on the grill.
Canned Peach halves
Brown Sugar
Chocolate chips
Mini Marshmallows
Place a peach halve in a piece of foil large enough to wrap around it and close it. Sprinkle brown sugar, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of the peach halve. Draw the sides of the foil up over the peach trying to leave room in there so the marshmallows don't stick. Heat over the hot coals of the fire or grill until chocolate chips have melted. Usually no longer than 5 minutes. Pull foil open and eat straight from foil. A real treat!
