Chicken and Avocado Club Sandwiches
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Thinly sliced Avocado
6 Cooked Bacon Strips
1 c Shredded Iceburg Lettuce
2 slices Sliced Red Onion broken into rings
4 Sliced Plum Tomatoes
18 slices Deli - Thin Chicken Breast slices
3 Burrito size flour tortillas
Spread mayo on tortillas. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On another tortilla add a layer of red onions, chicken, tomato and avocado. Place the chicken/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set one more tortilla on the very top. Cut the stack into eighths and secure with a toothpick.
